ESRI Bulgaria is looking for software development programmers with solid core programming skills and a passion for programming. We are seeking individuals interested in building new and exciting software products for mobile applications and handheld devices such as Pocket PC, Tablet PC and Smart Phones.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop state-of-the-art mobile GIS applications
- Work on solutions for map display, analysis, and visualization in mobile environment, for example for field mapping, data collection, sensor networks and street navigation

Requirements:

- B.S. or M.S. degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of directly relevant experience
- Strong programming skills
- Ability to design, write, test, debug, profile, manage, and document source code
- Strong knowledge of data structure and algorithms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment

 Advantages:
- Background developing with GPS devices and/or navigation systems
- Experience in geospatial technologies i.e. ESRI platform
- Familiarity with computer graphics concepts and techniques
- Good knowledge of commercial RDBMS
- Previous development work in a Windows NT, Mobile and/or CE environment
- Experience with data compression
