ESRI Bulgaria is currently looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to manage the speedikonFM positioning in Bulgaria.

Requirements:
• Well experienced in the BG real estate market
• At least 3 years successful business development or sales experience
• Good knowledge of facility management processes and procedures
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• An extremely goal-oriented attitude
• Skilled sales strategist/negotiator
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent computer literacy
• Very good English or/and German

Responsibilities:
The Sales Consultant is involved in all aspects of the sales cycle including new lead and business development, development of new opportunities with existing client base, and client presentations, demonstrations, negotiations and relationship management
