GIS and Geodesy Expert

ESRI Bulgaria, the IT leader in Geographic Information Systems, is looking for a GIS and Geodesy Expert.

Main responsibilities
- Creation and processing of geographical databases
- Field data collection via mobile GIS applications
- Processing, creation, and analysis of cartographic products in GIS environment
- Preparation of geographic data in a form suitable for working with GIS software
- Participation in projects for the development of Geographic Information Systems, incl. data and documentation
- Testing of GIS systems and software for compliance with the functional requirements and for correctness and completeness of geographical data
- Communication with clients and partners
- Preparation of demos of the capabilities of the software for potential customers
- Conducting training for users of GIS systems and software
- Participation in software implementation processes, incl. on-site support
- Others

Requirements
- Higher education in the field of Geodesy, Surveying, Geography, GIS, Information Technology, or other applicable
- Good knowledge and practical experience with various software products, incl. AutoCAD, CADIS, MCAD, or similar
- Knowledge and experience with ArcGIS is an advantage
- Min. 3 years relevant experience
- Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Responsibility and loyalty
- Proactiveness and good organizational skills
