For the first time in Bulgaria, the event will bring together representatives of leading government, scientific and corporate organizations to share their experience and demonstrate the possibilities of UAV and their application.

The growing importance of  Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) in the work of various organizations and their increasing commercial use are among the reasons for organizing the First Day of the Unmanned Aerial Vehicles. The event will take place on 2 June 2017 (Friday), 09:00 AM, at Sofia University “St. Kl. Ohridski “. Part of the rich program of the forum includes real-time demonstrations of UAV’s capabilities to solve specific practical tasks, debriefing the results of the demonstrations, presentation of modern products and services for data collection and work with unmanned systems.

During the forum, ESRI Bulgaria team will present the most advanced methods for processing and integration of data taken with Unmanned Aerial Vehicles in ArcGIS. We will pay special attention to the question how you can turn your drone into powerful GIS tool innovative Drone2Map for ArcGIS application and visualize, analyze, and fully utilize the data hidden in drone images. We`ll also have the pleasure to present the powerful functionalities for easier work with the UAV, the fast sharing capabilities and the full use of the final products. At our special exhibition booth, you will have the opportunity to get answers to your specific questions and have a touch to the presented apps.

The issues that will be discussed at the forum are considered important in many key areas: UAV applications in the economy, management of natural and technological crises, defense, agriculture, urban and spatial planning, regional development and infrastructure, etc. That is why the forum attendees are expected to be representatives of a wide range of government, educational and scientific organizations, as well as leading companies in the field of UAV.
