Back-office Sales Assistant

We are looking for a Back-office Sales Assistant to support our existing team and growing business. If you have previous experience in a sales order processing role or sales administration role, then we would love to hear from you.

The Back-office Sales Assistant role:
 Working for us as a Back-office Sales Assistant you would be part of our Sales operations team and your key responsibilities would be to:
- Be a point of contact for quotations, orders, protocols, and related questions and documentation
- Accurately process and invoice customer orders and generate renewal quotes, within business and customer deadlines following our various business processes
- Place supplier orders and assist accounts payable with resolving any related queries
- Work with our other departments to ensure information about orders is communicated effectively
- Prepare offers and documentation for public tender procedures
- Keep our customers updated on the progress of their orders
- Maintain company data
- Perform various analytical tasks
- Prepare various sales and project documentation
- Respond quickly and accurately to customer and internal inquiries

About you:
We are keen to consider candidates with a range of experience, however, ideally, you would:
-Have a university degree in Economics, Business administration, or related
- Have previous experience working in an order processing or varied administration role (essential) working with CRM/ERP systems
- Pride yourself in your excellent customer service skills
- Are mathematically competent, organized, and enjoy working in a varied role
- Pay attention to detail, consistently accurate, and like to follow processes
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
- Be a team player but able to work on your own initiative, ensuring deadlines are achieved
- Be fluent in Bulgarian and English
- Are eligible to work full-time in Bulgaria

Location and hours:
We are flexible, you can work on a hybrid basis (a mixture of home and our office in Sofia). We are looking for someone full-time (8 hours a day, Mon-Fri)
